Fast emerging Nigerian artist Nwobi Chukwuka’s latest personal project looks to Tarkwa Bay, a beach on the outskirts of Lagos. “This project was a way of documenting the organic love and life of the beach dwellers here,” he says. “I decided to use a group of friends who all go to the same school as a medium of that expression. The images capture them having fun with each other with nothing to occupy themselves other than their hearts and the water.”
